This program aimed to provide basic medicines, conduct public health education, and raise awareness on rational drug use and hygiene practices. The activity was carried out on December 28, 2025, in Kedai Telaga Meuku Sa Village, Banda Mulia Subdistrict, Aceh Tamiang Regency, involving lecturers and students from the YPPM Mandiri Academy of Pharmacy, Banda Aceh. The implementation consisted of three stages, preparation, execution, and evaluation—using an experiential learning approach. The results indicated an increase in community knowledge regarding disease prevention and appropriate drug use (±84%), along with improved communication skills and social empathy among students. The activity also strengthened collaboration between academia, local government, and the community in enhancing community health resilience in disaster-prone areas. Nevertheless, the program had several limitations, including a relatively short implementation period and limited area coverage; therefore, a follow-up program is recommended through the establishment of community health cadres and sustainable mentoring activities.

Ida Mukhlisa Aida Apriani Sasmiati Farach Dita Siti Samaniyah Yusrawati Yunita Suffiana Copyright (c) 2026 Ida Mukhlisa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-04-05 2026-04-05 5 3 1 6 Pharmaceutical Management Education and Development of Young Pharmapreneurs https://www.ejurnal.akfar-mandiri.ac.id/index.php/abdimas/article/view/97
The pharmaceutical management education and pharmapreneurs development program was conducted at SMA Negeri 12 Banda Aceh, attended by 60 senior high school students (Grade XII). The program included sessions on pharmaceutical management theory, hands-on production of simple pharmaceutical products, business model canvas simulation, and group business plan presentations. Experiential learning, gamification, and group collaboration approaches were applied to enhance conceptual understanding, managerial skills, creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurial motivation. Evaluation results showed significant improvements in pharmaceutical management knowledge, decision-making skills, innovation capability, and business ethics awareness. The program stands out for integrating theory, practice, simulation, and social ethics holistically, preparing participants to become competent, creative, and socially responsible pharmapreneurs. Activity documentation supports the evidence of active participation and the effectiveness of the interactive learning approach.
Rosa Mardiana Nova Diansari Nanda Silvia Nova Fahlevi Copyright (c) 2026 Rosa Mardiana, Nova Diansari, Nanda Silvia, Nova Fahlevi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-04-05 2026-04-05 5 3 7 11
