PENINGKATAN MUTU PELAYANAN INFORMASI OBAT MELALUI EVALUASI KEPUASAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS BAITUSSALAM, ACEH BESAR

Pelayanan informasi obat (PIO) merupakan bagian penting dari pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas. Kegiatan ini sangat menentukan keberhasilan terapi dan keselamatan pasien. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obat yang diberikan oleh tenaga kefarmasian di Puskesmas Baitussalam. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur terhadap 33 pasien rawat jalan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 100% pasien merasa puas terhadap semua aspek pelayanan, mulai dari kebersihan lingkungan, kesopanan tenaga kefarmasian, hingga informasi cara penggunaan dan penyimpanan obat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas Baitussalam telah menjalankan pelayanan PIO sesuai standar. Namun, peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kefarmasian melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan tetap direkomendasikan.
